You may ask what is Home Staging and do I really need it? Home staging simply put is – the preparation of a private residence for sale, with the goal being to make the home appealing to the highest number of potential buyers, thereby selling the property more quickly and for more money.

Home Staging is a must in many countries including Australia, the country that I have done a lot of my work in. In fact, I got into interior design, redesign and home staging whilst I lived in Australia with great success for both myself and my clients selling properties.

First Impressions Matter

Have you ever viewed houses in the past that are just so unappealing and uninspiring, you could never imagine yourself living there?  I see this a lot in the UK. Vendors expect the highest sale price possible but do nothing to help themselves achieve this. But, implementing a few improvements to the way a property is presented can change the mindset of the buyers and increase the value of the sales price.
